Record High 74 Student-Athletes Named Academic All-Conference
June 09, 2014A Continental Volleyball Conference record high of 74 student-athletes were named to the 2014 Academic All-Conference team. 10 schools placed a player on the team, in which a student-athlete had to maintain a grade-point average of 3.3 or above. -
Eight CVC Players Named AVCA All-America; Bortak, Wexter and Kuhn Earn First Team Honors
May 07, 2014The Continental Volleyball Conference placed eight players on the 2014 AVCA Men's Volleyball Division III All-America Team with Juniata's Joe Bortak and Paul Kuhn as well as Carthage's Connor Wexter earning First Team honors.

Eagles Fall to #1 Springfield
April 27, 2014In a back and forth battle of the bigs, No. 3 Juniata College men's volleyball could not find a way past No. 1 Springfield College in the 2014 NCAA Division III men's volleyball national championship on Sunday in the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center. The two-time defending national champions won 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-21) to improve to 27-8 overall. The Eagles finished their season 29-5, setting program records for most wins and fewest losses in a single season.

Carthage Outlasts Rivier in NCAA Quarterfinals
April 25, 2014The Carthage College men's volleyball team (23-7, 10-0 Continental Volleyball Conference West Division), ranked fourth in the April 15 American Volleyball Coaches Association NCAA Division III poll, opened play at the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championship on Friday, April 25 with 3-2 win over No. 7 Rivier College (29-7) in a quarterfinal match at Juniata College's Kennedy Sports Center in Huntingdon, Pa. Fifth-seeded Carthage's winning set scores over the fourth-seeded Raiders were 23-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-27 and 15-11.

Trio of Red Men Named AVCA All-American
April 23, 2014Three Carthage College players were named 2014 American Volleyball Coaches Association NCAA Division III All-America. Setter Connor Wexter (Sr., New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central) was named first-team All-America, with outside hitter Jon Storm (Jr., Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley) and middle blocker J.P. Tulaka (So., Westmont, Ill./Downers Grove-North) both earning second-team honors.

Juniata Places Three on AVCA All-America Teams
April 23, 2014After a year that saw the Juniata College men's volleyball team spend five weeks at the top of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) poll, Juniata placed four on the AVCA's All-America teams. The third ranked Eagles tied Springfield College for the most selections. Juniata has had an All-American named in all 11 years of the AVCA's squads.

Stevenson To Host ECAC Championship
April 16, 2014For just the second time in the 13-year history of the ECAC Division III men's volleyball championships, the organization will award one true champion as Stevenson was selected as the top-seed and host for the 2014 ECAC Division III Men's Volleyball Championship on Saturday, April 19 at Owings Mills Gymnasium.

Juniata Sweeps Stevenson In CVC Championship
April 13, 2014Juniata College avenged a regular season loss to Stevenson University last week with a 3-0 sweep of the Mustangs in the 2014 Continental Volleyball Conference Championship match. Juniata proved to be too much this weekend, winning both their semi-finals match and championship match by way of sweeps.

Royals Sweep LBC To Tie Program Record
March 19, 2014The Royals swept Lancaster Bible College on the road Tuesday night, improving to 11-9 while winning their sixth straight match. It's the longest winning streak for the EMU volleyball men since a six-match string in 2007, and is likely the longest winning streak in program history.

CVC Announces Formation of New Conference
