CVC Pair Remain in AVCA Poll

The pair of Kean University and Southern Virginia University remain among the top 15 teams in the nation according to the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association Men's Volleyball Division III poll.

Kean held at #3 in the poll after collecting two first-place votes and totaling 314 points in this week's rankings. The Cougars are 17-3 overall this season and return to action this week with matches against Cairn, Sacred Heart, and Immaculata after a two-week hiatus.

Southern Virginia slipped four spots to #11 in this week's poll. The Knights lost to Lakeland last weekend, snapping a 14 match win streak, and dropping their record to 17-2 on the season. They return to CVC play this weekend with a match against Randolph-Macon on Saturday.

Carthage remained atop the poll with 341 points and 18 first-place votes. Springfield comes in at #2 with 325 points and four first-place votes.
