With their hot start to the season, Rutgers University-Newark has joined fellow Continental Volleyball Conference member Juniata College in the NVA/AVCA Division III Men's Volleyball Coaches Poll. 

Rutgers-Newark is off to a 6-0 start this season and jumped all the way up to #8 in this week's rankings. The Scarlet Raiders received 171 total points and were one of three teams not ranked to move into the Top 15 poll this week.

Juniata College moved up one spot from last week to #9 this week with 152 total points. They are currently 6-3 on the season. 

Overall the poll featured lots of changes with only one team holding in the same spot from last week. Springfield moved up one spot to #1 this week, receiving 24 of 25 first-place votes. Vassar moved up three spots to #2 this week, picking up the other first-place vote. SUNY New Paltz, NYU, and Stevens round out the top five.
