The trio of Kean University, Marymount University, and Southern Virginia University remain in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association poll; marking the only representatives from the Continental Volleyball Conference. One week after having two more schools appear in the receiving votes section (Eastern Mennonite and Rutgers-Newark) the CVC dropped back to three members appearing in the rankings.
Kean remained at #4 in the poll but did pick up one additional point in the poll. They are currently 30-2 overall and have won 23 straight matches, securing the #1 seed in the East Division for the upcoming CVC Tournament.
Marymount also held strong from last week, staying in their #6 slot. The Saints are 20-6 overall and received 206 points in this weeks poll. They have secured the top seed in the West Division for the CVC Tournament with an 11-2 conference record.
Southern Virginia remained #12 in the rankings, despite picking up four more points and receiving 92 total points this week. The Knights are 16-7 overall and 8-4 in the CVC and fighting for a playoff spot.
