Marymount University continues to rise in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III Men's Volleyball poll, moving up to #3 in this week's rankings. In addition fellow Continental Volleyball Conference schools Kean University, moving up to #5, and Southern Virginia University, at #11, appears in the poll.
Marymount received 271 points this week, an increase of 21 from last week, to move up one spot to #3, the highest ranking in school history. Marymount is 14-4 overall this season.
Kean also moved up one spot, picking up 242 points this week. The fifth-ranked Cougars are 18-2 overall.
Southern Virginia, 12-6 overall, fell three spots with 112 points this week.
Dropping out of the poll was Eastern Mennonite, however, the Royals are still receiving votes.
