Marymount Lone CVC Representative In AVCA Poll

After having multiple teams ranked in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 15 poll all season long, Marymount University is the lone Continental Volleyball Conference representative in the poll for the final week of the regular season.

Marymount, the top seed in the upcoming CVC Tournament, received 70 total points in this week's national poll, ranking them #13, a drop of five spots from last week. Marymount is 19-9 overall this season and hosts the conference tournament this weekend, starting on Friday.

Despite just the one team in the Top 15 rankings, two more conference teams just missed the ranking and appear in the receiving votes section. Juniata picked up 11 points and are the #2 seed in the tournament while Eastern Mennonite received nine points and are the tournament's #4 seed.

The top three teams in the poll remained unchanged with Springfield holding the top spot, followed by Vassar and Stevens.
