CVC PLAYER OF THE WEEK - FEBRUARY 27, 2017 William Ragland, an outside hitter for Eastern Mennonite University, is the Continental Volleyball Conference Player of the Week; powering his way to the award and helping the #9 ranked Royals go 3-0 on the week. Ragland, a junior from North Chesterfield, Va., hit .578 over the three matches, totaling 42 kills with just five errors. He also added 1.09 digs per set and finished the week with 48.5 points. Ragland put down a high of 16 kills on the week against Rutgers-Newark, hitting .714 in the match. He also finished with 14 kills in a win over Cairn and 12 kills in a win over Bard. Ragland added four service aces and four total blocks as well. |
