Seeley and Wiechecki Among AVCA All-America Honorees

Kyle Seeley and TJ Wiechecki represent the Continental Volleyball Conference on the 2017 American Volleyball Coaches Association Men's Division III All-America Teams. Seeley, from Juniata College, and Wiechecki, from Marymount, were the lone representatives from the CVC on the 28 member list.

Seeley, a senior middle blocker, was named All-America Second Team, his second straight year with that honor. Seeley led the Continental Volleyball Conference with a .429 hitting percentage while also ranking in the top ten in kills and kills per set. His hitting percentage is fifth in the NCAA while he finishing 10th in blocks per set.

Wiechecki, a junior right-side hitter, put up eye-popping numbers for Marymount this past season. He led the conference in kills (438), kills per set (4.42), points (504.5), and points per set (5.1). His kill totals are tops in Division III as well. He had career-high 31 kills this season and recorded 20 or more kills in six matches this season.
